Project Details
Consultancy role working for Kier Construction London, to oversee completion of the façade envelope after the financial failure of the envelope sub-contractor.
Aluminium and terracotta rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, aluminium/timber composite windows and doors. Aluminium louvres and brise soleil. Glass and aluminium canopies. Client performance specification compliance check and resolution of design issues liaising with external consultants. Design, detailing and material procurement.
Rectify errors in either the drawing or manufacturing process to overcome challenges with installation issues.
Set up and implement Inspection Test Plan to achieve the required quality control and documentation to facilitate successful handover to the client.
