We have been pleased to work with Patrick Ryan Associates to carry out internal atrium facade survey at this prestigious office building in central London. The internal survey was carried out over a weekend to minimise intruding on the tenants business operations. The atrium side inspection was carried out using the building’s cleaning cradle.
A cloud based data capture system was used to facilitate survey management in real time and to produce promptly the condition survey report which recorded the general cleanliness and condition of the areas surveyed and included the defects found with conclusions and recommendations.
