Fire Risk Appraisal External Walls

We have been pleased to work with Hampton Fire Risk Management to carry out Fire Risk Appraisal External Walls (FRAEW) at this impressive residential tower block in Canary Wharf. A desk top study was carried out reviewing the project documentation including Operation and Maintenance manuals, As Built Drawings, Quality Control documentation and Site Visit Reports. From this information we established the different External Wall Types (EWS) and produced Materials Tables recording the fire performance ratings of the materials used in the Wall Types . The FRAEW was produced in accordance with the British Standards code of practice PAS 9980-2022. Working with Hampton Fire Risk Management and PAS 9980 Section 13 risk analysis methodology to provide conclusions and recommendations.
