Consultancy role to oversee completion of the façade envelope after the financial failure of the envelope sub-contractor.
Aluminium and terracotta rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, aluminium/timber composite windows and doors.
Aluminium louvres and brise soleil. Glass and aluminium canopies. Client performance specification compliance check and resolution of design issues liaising with external consultants. Design, detailing and material procurement. Rectify errors in either the drawing or manufacturing process to overcome lack of fit issues.
Set up Inspection Test Plan and implementation to achieve required Quality Inspection Documentation handover alongside and in time for successful Project Key Milestones.
