Quality assurance consultant for the envelope. Set up Inspection Test Plan and implementation to achieve required Quality Inspection Documentation handover alongside and in time for successful Project Key Milestones.
Review inspects and report on all aspects of quality assurance from design, detailing, procurement, manufacture, installation and handover.
Contractual and quality record keeping including progress reports and photographic records.
Liaise between the Client and Contractor to incorporate a system of inspections and handovers within a rolling programme of works in accordance with the ITP.
Carry out surveys relating to defects or remedial works and implement acceptance regimes.
